If he was elected simply because of conflict of interest he has made the right decision about the post. As i have learnt in my previous business class conflict of interest will affect any company: not intentionally but it will. And i don't believe in conflict of interest it is unfair. By the way conflict of interest means that the person who elected cooper for the post will benefit from cooper being in that position.
